Medium / Low Density

Medium and low density projects are generally located in suburban environments, towns, small downtowns and less intensely built neighborhoods. They generally are under five stories in height and could accommodate single-use or mixed-use occupancies. These medium and low density buildings require generally the use of traditional construction materials and systems and are less expensive to build.
