Corrientes & Alem Retail and Office Building

Corrientes and Alem is a proposal for a contemporary downtown office building in Buenos Aires. With an open floor plan, this building features a landmark facade with high-end design and materials. This modern office design was inspired by the unique local vernacular. Elegant, efficient, intense, different and spectacular. Our proposal was welcomed by local authorities and the business community.
